Availability

Soultime Skin Care Ltd aims to have full stock of all our items; however we may experience small delays in supply due to circumstances beyond our control.  In those circumstances the customer will be informed of the delay.

Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.  We will send you an email to let you know when your order has been sent.

Within New Zealand standard orders take 1-2 working days in the North Island, 2-5 working days for the South Island.

North America – 5-7 working days.

UK – 2-5 working days

All other countries – 10-14 working days

Payment

We accept Visa MasterCard credit cards as well as direct deposits into our bank.  Goods will only be despatched once full payment has been received and funds have been cleared.

Privacy

Soultime Skin Care ltd never passes on, sells or distributes your information to anyone else.  If you choose to sign up for our newsletter and up and coming promotions, we will email you.  You can choose at any time to unsubscribe from our email list.

Returns Policy

Soultime Skin Care makes every effort to ensure the quality of our products.  Should you experience a problem with your order or you are not happy with your product in any way, please contact us and we will replace it or refund your purchase.

Terms & Conditions

Pricing – All prices are in New Zealand dollars and inclusive of GST (goods & Services Tax) of 15%. Postage /courier is not included in the purchase price.  Free shipping for orders over $125.00, NZ only

Customs or Import Duties – Soultime Skin Care Ltd has no control over, or is liable for, any customs or import duties that could be charged when the package reaches your destination.

Intellectual Property Rights – all rights reserved.  All intellectual property on this site, including without limit, the text, graphics and copyright works is owned by Soultime Skin Care Ltd (or the relevant content supplier.)

You may access, view, reproduce and print the content on this site provided you only use that content for non-commercial and informational purposes.

Limitation of Liability – our liability for any claim, damages, loss or expense related to the supply by us of goods or services is limited to the cost paid by you for the goods or services and except where statute expressly requires otherwise.

Law & Jurisdiction – this website and any contract for your purchases from Soultime Skin Care Ltd is governed by and has to be interpreted under the law of New Zealand, and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.  The laws of sale and contract by any other country are not applicable.

If you are a consumer under the Act and you are acquiring or holding yourself out as acquiring the goods for a business purpose, the Act will not apply.  Subject to this clause nothing in these terms will affect your rights as a consumer under the Act.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (“The Act”)

If you are a consumer under the Act and you are acquiring or holding yourself out as acquiring the goods for a business purpose, the Act will not apply.  Subject to this clause nothing in these terms will affect your rights as a consumer under the Act.

  1. The provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (“CGA”) shall not apply to any supply of Product to you, and the conditions, warranties and guarantees set out in the Sale of Goods Act 1908 or otherwise implied by statue or common law will not apply and are excluded from these terms of trade.
  2. Where you purchase any Products from us resupply as, or incorporation into, goods and services ordinarily acquired for personal household or domestic use or consumption (Consumer Products) you warrant that:
    1. If you supply the Consumer Products directly to an end user / consumer you will do so using terms and conditions of supply which exclude liability for any claims under the CGA; and
    2. If your customer acquires and Products for resupply, you will ensure that your customer and each person in the distribution chain will exclude liability in its contract for supply for any claims under the CGA.
